Our Web Design Terms & Conditions Agreement
Website Design & Managed Services (Exhibit A)
This document highlights the benefits of your web design agreement with our company, as well as what is included and what is not.
The website design and development is a monthly service agreement that includes several managed website services to proactively maintain your website.
Content pieces
The content of the web pages will be supplied by the client and executed as specified by the client in website planning process. If client provides high definition photos, press releases, news articles or other complete pieces of content, we can publish it to the website and include it with the initial design. Substantive changes to client-submitted content after the web pages have been constructed will be additional.
Hosting
We will select a web hosting service which allows Wise Intermedia full access to the website and a cgi-bin directory via FTP and telnet. Wise Intermedia has a partnership with an award winning provider of commercial web hosting services. Our web hosting includes 24/7/365 support and 99.99% uptime.
Out of Scope Requests
Anything outside the website agreement may be subject to billable time. Each ticket is reviewed, if it is determined to be out of scope of the agreement, our team members will provide a quote.
Custom web development work:
Custom Slideshows, Animation, Special forms etc.
Programming:
Scripting and network security, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Perl 5, PHP
Monthly Proactive Maintenance
Each Month, we run a maintenance cycle, applying updates and optimization to your website.
This agreement includes minor web page maintenance to regular web pages, including updating links and making minor changes to website content. It does not include removing nearly all the content from a page and replacing it with new content.
Changes to / Cancellation of Service
The website service is provided as monthly service, If you choose to terminate this service before the term of twelve (12) months, and do not wish to keep the website, there is no severance charge, but you will no longer have a website with the Wise Intermedia Content management services platform or hosting services. If you would like to keep the website, but leave within the first year, you must pay the remaining months within the year.
This document contains information that is company sensitive, proprietary, and confidential. Therefore, this document shall not be disclosed, used, or duplicated, in part, for any purpose other than to evaluate the requirements herein. Wise Intermedia / WebClientReach, llc reserves the right to modify this document without notice.
